Access and DocuWare Partnership Enhance their Users.
A provider of electronic forms management software, Access, has recently announced that it has become a DocuWare Alliance Partner. This will enhance users of DocuWare’s document management suite to save time, reduce cost and mitigate risk with Access’s Formatta web-based forms solution. This combination takes efficiency to the next level, streamlining any forms-driven business process with 100 percent paper-free technology.
“DocuWare has a global reputation for excellence in the document management market, and we’re proud to be partnering with them,” said Access President Mark Johnston. “Our integrated solution will enable DocuWare users to capture secure forms data from anywhere and send it directly into their DocuWare repository — without paper, scanning, manual effort or document loss.”
The DocuWare product is powerful document management software that uses each worker’s preferences and priorities to anticipate and respond to a company’s information needs. Formatta fits seamlessly with DocuWare to move paper across the enterprise — onboarding personnel forms, expense reports, contracts, sales orders, invoices, and hundreds of other document types.
“This alliance provides the DocuWare resellers with a strong combination of data security and an enhanced mobile solution for easier electronic form processing with greater accessibility,” added Steve Behm, DocuWare Vice President for Sales in the Americas. “When working together, these two document management solutions provide the important features the marketplace is demanding.”
For more than 15 years, Access has developed electronic forms management solutions that eliminate the unnecessary expense, risk and inefficiency of paper forms. Their 100 percent paperless technology enables organizations in any industry to capture, manage, sign and share forms data without printing or scanning.
