Austin Start-Up, Stretch Recipes Hosting a Creative Fundraiser.

Details for the event and date auction participants will be tweeted throughout the day on Monday and Tuesday, leading up to the event. In the meantime, they have shared some key information.


The tickets are bookable on Eventbrite or purchase at the door. It will include a raffled prize valued at $250. Confirmed is a gift certificate from the Daily Grill at the Domain in North Austin along with a gift package from Trader Joe’s at the Arboretum.

Other sponsors include Tech Stars grocery delivery company, Burpy along with other Austin based companies that include Gourmet by Numbers, Entrepreneur Fitness, Supernatural Food, Core Media Strategies, and a local non-profit start-up, East of Cameron.

The date auction is a great opportunity to meet some of Austin’s most eligible singles and help support a local emerging company. Starting bids are at $50 and will go to helping Stretch Recipes complete their technology. Burpy’s COO Alishah Momin, Guy Goldstein Founder of WriterDuet, and Ben Shank Co-Founder at Stretch Recipes are three of Austin’s most eligible bachelors who will also participate in the Date Auction. Bachelorettes include Tasha Robinson Founder of Imperfect Concepts, Lynn Cowles of East of Cameron, and Lauren Foster Founder of Stretch Recipes.


The services auction is a great opportunity to potentially receive services and products from these companies at a fraction of the going price. For example, Supernatural Food is offering a two-day $180 value signature program at a starting bid of $18. Gourmet by Numbers is offering a week of meal kits for 2 and free shipping valued at $145 with a starting bid of $15.
