The Eye Tribe Reveals First Eye Tracking For Android Device.
The Danish multiplatform eye tracking software firm, know as The Eye Tribe, has recently announced their beta release for the world’s first cost effective eye tracking software development kit for the mass market of Android devices.
The Eye Tribe was originally only available for any computer, laptop and tablet with a Windows operating system, until recently when the company showed off a sneak preview of the software working for Androids at the Mobile World Congress 2014. They eye tracking software grants the user to interact with their smartphone by giving a good look at it.
The software is currently only in beta, and shall only be released to a selected pair of developing partners and OEM bundled with an easy to use SDK. The integration for this will be easy to set up on Android devices, and will lead the to a massive potential use that will include activation by eye contact, hands free navigation for apps and websites, and cloud based user engagement analytic.
