Facebook Announces Its Line Up For Its new FBStart Program.
Facebook has recently announced some updates for its FBStart, a program that provides developers with free tools and services to help their startup succeed.
With its introduction made two week ago during Facebook’s f8 developers conference, FB was initially only open to developers who attended said conference. With this recent news, developers from all corners of the world with public iOS or Android application may be the only one’s who can apply.
Statups that are accepted into FBStart shall receive credits for Facebook advertisement and Parse services, along with some free tools and credits from FBStart partners, in order to help with product testing, recruiting, customer care, video conferencing, document management and much more.
Along with this recent update, Facebook has also included two new partners to the group of those offering their tools: Transifex helps applications localize for different markets, and HootSuite assists companies with social media monitoring.

- Asana: project management
- Blue Jeans: cloud-based video collaboration service
- Desk.com: customer support
- HootSuite: social media monitoring
- MailChimp: email marketing

- Quip: mobile productivity tools
- SurveyMonkey: online survey platform
- Transifex: localization
- UserTesting: usability testing
- Workable: recruitment
