Flickr Overhauls Their Blogs And Announces Their 10th Anniversary Photo Walk.

If not, why not consider dropping by on Flickr global photo walk, which is a celebration of the online photo service 10th anniversary, During Sunday, May 4th, Flickr has estimated that over 1,00 people in over 60 regions across 20 counts and five continents shall be participating in this event.
Corresponding with its 10th birthday and the photo walk, Flickr will also be debuting a complete overhaul of its Flickr blog, which has showcased and share community images. Flickr has changed the plain white background of original blog with an upgraded, cross-dive design.
The redesign is highly responsive, optimized for use on any device, and its similar to that of the new design themes that can be seen on Flickr and across Yahoo projects, according to Matthew Roth, Flickr’s community manager.
“This online journal format is a more enjoyable way for you to discover the most engaging stories on Flickr and it gives you simpler navigation through our archives.”
Flickr has considered photo walks as one of their main parts of the international photo community, it has gathered together since its launching back in 2004, a venue where the digital community can meet in meet directly in real time.
Meetups are planned for Bangalore, Helsinki, Rome, Sao Paulo, Reno, Guadalajara, Kuala Lumpor, Lahore, and more. Flickr estimates this will become one of the bigger photo walks they will ever have so far.
