iCharts Secures $4.3M Funding Round and Expands Partnerships.

iCharts, a pioneer in Visual Analytics in the cloud, announced today that it had closed a $4.3M venture funding round. The round was led by Software AG, the technology leader in empowering the Digital Enterprise.

“The digitization of the enterprise and exponential proliferation of data is placing significant strain on organizations to extract actionable insights from their data. Software AG shares iCharts’ vision and demonstrated success in democratizing analytics. We are excited to be joining the team and helping to fuel iCharts’ growth”, said Frederic Hanika, Head of M&A and Corporate Ventures at Software AG who will also join iCharts’ Board of Directors.

“iCharts’ vision is to re-imagine how people and organizations interact with data to help them visualize, share and succeed like never before,” said Seymour Duncker, Founder and CEO of iCharts. “This investment gives us additional resources to capitalize on our substantial growth opportunity, continue to innovate rapidly and deliver on our vision”.

NetSuite Partnership.

iCharts’ recently-released iCharts for NetSuite application has achieved the Built for NetSuite certification. The new application, built using NetSuite’s SuiteCloud Computing Platform, provides the ability to create and share highly customized visualizations from many data sources, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data from NetSuite in addition to external data (such as web analytics, social media or 3rd party data). Customers can now obtain insights from all their business processes such as sales, marketing, finance and operations through integrated NetSuite dashboards.

“We are thrilled to be bringing our patented innovation, proven with industry leaders such as The Coca-Cola Company, IDC and MarketWatch to NetSuite customers” said Duncker. “With this partnership, NetSuite customers will benefit significantly through our highly interactive and shareable data visualization capabilities”.
