Spritz App Speeds Up Reading By 1,000 Words per Minute.

A recent program by the name of Spritz has appeared claiming that it can dramatically reduced the time spent reading with the help of new technology that enables a person to read faster.  This revolutionary tech is currently only available for the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the Gear 2 Smartwatch.

Spritz specs.

The application works by showing the user a word at a time and displays the words in a faster timeframe. The words will then be sped up quicker and the user will have to try and understand the meaning faster. The fastest setting currently available is 1,000 words per minute, but reviewers have been commenting on the fact that is looks at 500 words per minute is mind baffling enough. A good preference would be the 250 words per minutes option. The app also positions the words around central letters, making it far easier to read.

The developers of Spritz have mentioned they spent three years on developing the technology that allows it to work. And have spoke to Discovery on how it can be learned under only 5 minutes.

A word from the developers.

The app has been downloaded over a million times since its February release, the company has stated:

“Reading is inherently time consuming because your eyes have to move from word to word and line to line. Traditional reading also consumes huge amounts of physical space on a page or screen, which limits reading effectiveness on small displays. Scrolling, pinching, and resizing a reading area doesn’t fix the problem and only frustrates people,” the developers say its website.

It continues with: “Now, with compact text streaming from Spritz, content can be streamed one word at a time, without forcing your eyes to spend time moving around the page. Spritz makes streaming your content easy and more comfortable, especially on small displays.”

“Our ‘Redicle’ technology enhances readability even more by using horizontal lines and hash marks to direct your eyes to the red letter in each word, so you can focus on the content that interests you. Best of all, Spritz’s patent-pending technology can integrate into photos, maps, videos, and websites to promote more effective communication,” it says.
