Talent Rover Integrates With ZipRecruiter.

Talent Rover, a provider of cloud-based software built for managing the entire staffing and recruitment workflow, announced a new partnership with ZipRecruiter, a leading job distribution platform. Recruiters will be able to post to more than 50 job boards with a single click while reaching more than 1 million job seekers from Talent Rover’s job page.

The ZipRecruiter integration will save recruiters time and give them maximum access to active job seekers by automatically posting their openings to over 50 job sites. Applications received via ZipRecruiter will pass seamlessly into Talent Rover’s CRM/ATS, just like applications received on Talent Rover’s job board.

More than 250,000 companies have used ZipRecruiter to find talent. ZipRecruiter job postings are optimized for search engines and are mobile friendly. Applicants can apply with one click or tap, and recruiters can add free-form, multiple choice and yes-no questions to filter the candidate pool and get to the best resumes quickly.

“We are excited to offer ZipRecruiter’s job posting service directly within Talent Rover’s software platform,” said Allan Jones, Chief Marketing Officer of ZipRecruiter. “This partnership will give Talent Rover’s customers the ability to distribute their jobs to 50+ job boards with one click, right as they are posting their jobs. By partnering with Talent Rover, we will make job distribution a more streamlined and cost-effective experience for staffing and recruiting firms.”

“ZipRecruiter will give our customers Fortune 500 reach and visibility,” said Brandon Metcalf, COO of Talent Rover. “Instead of manually posting on dozens of sites and wrestling with multiple job ad formats, our users get a simple one-post, one-click system. That means recruiters get to spend less time posting and more time placing.”
