The newly featured Applicant Tracking System(ATS) allows job poster to message and shortlist applicant as well as share application with co-founder and senior employees.”Startups without a dedicated HR resource benefit from being able to post a job and manage the recruitment process through a single portal,” explained O’ Leary.
